Immortal Chess by Arcane Square Games

You can request permanent deletion of your Immortal Chess account and associated data without reinstalling the app. You can also delete your account from inside the game where that option is available.

How to request deletion

Email support@arcanesquaregames.com with the subject line Delete account.

Please include:

• The email address linked to your Immortal Chess account
• Your display name or player ID
• The platform you play on (iOS, Android, Windows, or Mac)
• A clear statement that you want your account and associated data deleted

What we delete

When we process your request, we delete account data associated with Immortal Chess, such as:

• Account login identifiers and profile details
• Gameplay progress, ratings, and related match data tied to your account
• Support messages linked to that account request, where applicable

Timeline

We usually process deletion requests within 30 days after we can verify the account. Some limited records may be retained longer when required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Purchases

App Store, Google Play, and Steam purchases are handled by those platforms. Deleting your Immortal Chess account does not automatically issue refunds from the store.
